لم تكن السيدة ذات العقد الأربعين تشعر بإنتمائها إلى هذا المحيط المجتمعي، كل شى يحيط بها كان بالنسبة إليها بمثابة عالم آخر،لا يعنيها مطلقا، همها الوحيد إيجاد مكان مظلل تحت أوراق التوت تنعس فيه بدون إزعاج المارة و منهم أنا التي بادرتها بالسلام حتى صرخت في وجهي ‘ » ابتعدوا عني … أنت أيتها المتطفلة اغربي عن وجهي و إلا ضربتك و تكونين عبرة لمن اعتبر”
هكذا استقبلتني السيدة في بادئ الأمر قبل ان تطمئن إلى حسن نوايا و تبوح لي عن حكايتها ، و عتد سؤالي عن إسمها كانت إجابتها كالتالي : و ما الذي سيغر إن عرفت إسمي أو هويتي ، فالاانتماء هو إسمي و التشرد هويتي ” ..فأن تجد المرأة نفسها بلا مأوى ليس بالأمر الهين، لأنها ستضطر إلى مواجهة حياة جديدة يطبعها الاستقرار و يغلب عليها العنف بمختلف أشكاله . فهذه الحياة البديلة تشكل مسارا يتطلب المسك بحلقاته و البحث عن الأسباب المباشرة و غير مباشرة التي تدفع بالنساء إلى التشرد و أن تتبع مسالك هذه الظاهرة و آثارها … فلماذا اخترن حياة التشرد على الفضاء الأسري ؟ وكيف يتعايشن مع هذه هذه الحياة الجديدة ؟
أسباب اجتماعية
السيدة سميرة ساعدتني على الإجابة لهذه الأسئلة ، فمن بين أسباب تشردها العوامل الاجتماعية و الأسرية بالأساس المتمثلة في سوء معاملة زوجها لها .
تنخرط المرأة في حياة التشرد بمجرد أن تفقد القدرة على المكوث في مكان إقامتها الأصلي لسبب أو لآخر كحال سميرة ، و عادة ما تمثل المدن الكبرى و بالأخص تونس العاصمة الحاضنة لهذه الظاهرة، إذ يسهل اللجوء إلى بعض الفضاءات ااتي تمثل مأوى للعديد من المتشردين كساحة برشلونة و ما جاورها من مساجد و أسطح العمارات و كثيرا ما تكون مدة الإقامة في هذه الفضاءات قصيرة بسبب إنتباه السكان و أعوان الشرطة .
و تشير دراسة أنجزتها جمعية ‘بيتي’ التي تعكف عاى متابعة 280 حالة تشرد ، و هي عبارة عن أنماط سكن مؤقتة و غير صحيحة و من بينها الخربة و البراكة و الوكالة العربي ، و من الملاحظ أنه بإمكان إمرأة واحدة أن تنتقل من مكان إلى آخر خلال فترة التشرد كما وضحت لي حالة الشابة ‘سناء’ التي لم تكن بعيدة جدا عن مكان سميرة ،قالت أنها انتقلت من جنوب البلاد إلى شمالها و قضت ليال عدةفي أماكن لم تعد تذكر البعض منها .
“ قررت الهروب من منزل المرأة التي كنت أعمل عندها لأنها كانت تسيى معاملتي تصل حتى إلى العنف ، فوجدت نفسي في الشارع أنتقل من مدينة إلى أخرى و أقضي الليل في ‘الخرب’ و أسطح المنازل و محطات القطارات إلى أن وجدت نفسي في العاصمة ” هكذا وصفت سناء تجربتها القاسية التي مرت بها .
التشرد معركة لتأمين الحاجيات
داخل هذه الفضاءات الهامشية تنخرط المرأة المتشردة في شبكة جديدة من العلاقات حتى تتأقلم مع ظروف التشرد ، و يصبح النوم و الأكل المطلبين الأساسين بالنسبة اليها، بالتالي يتضاءل الإحساس بقيمة الذات و يتولد لديها شعور من الامبالاة نظرا لغلق الأفق و عدم الثقة في المستقبل و خاصة الشعور بالعدوانية و الاانتماء .. هنا يمكن ان أتفهم ردة فعل سميرة، فطبيعة هذا العالم يتطلب التحلي بهذا السلوك ، و لضمان لقمة العيش و عدم الوقوع في قبضة الجوع ، تضطر بعض النساء إلى معاشرة الرجال مقابل الحصول على ما يسد رمق جوعها .
و لئن كان معظمهن ينحرجن من الحديث عن هذه التجربة، فإن الشابة فاطمة كما سميتها البالغة من العمر 24 سنة، قالت أنها تقيم علاقات جنسية للحصول على الأكل ، و سبب لجوئها إلى هذا الحل هو أنها تعرضت للاغتصاب في سن 14 بعد وفاة والدتها و تم طردها من منزلهم من قبل زوجة أبيها، فوجدت نفسها بلا مأوى ملقاة في الشارع .
و أشارت فاطمة إلى عالم التشرد الذي يسوده العنف بجميع أنواعه، و الانخراط في صفوف الإدمان عاى الكحول و المخدرات، فمن الذي سيستقبلها في مؤسسة عمل ! فهي من الشارع دون مستوى تعليمي و لا أصل و لا هوية .. هكذا كان تبرير فاطمة اختيارها هذا الطريق لتأمين حاجياتها .
مختص في علم الاجتماع : التشرد نتيجة الظروف المادية و النفسية
في الشارع ، تجد النساء أنفسهن بلا مأوى لعدة أسباب ، يصنفها أخصائيو علم الاجتماع إلى ما هو هيكلي أي مرتبط بالطبيعة التقليدية للبنى الاجتماعية، أي متعلق أساسا بالظروف المادية و النفسية التي تعيشها المرأة .. وهنا تيين لنا الباحثة في علم الاجتماع مواهب زبير، الدور الكبير الذي تلعبه هشاشة الوضعية الاقتصادية للنساء في تشكيل هذه الظاهرة .
