حل بيننا ضيفا على تونس خلال الايام القليلة الماضية صاحب السمو الملكي الامير عبد العزيز بن سعود بن نايف بن عبد العزيز وزير الداخلية السعودي .. المناسبة كانت المشاركة على راس وفد سعودي مهم في اعمال الدورة السابعة والثلاثين لمجلس وزراء الداخلية العرب المنعقد في تونس .. ولكن الزيارة عكست في شكلها ومضمونها نية المملكة العربية السعودية ورغبتها في دعم تونس في المرحلة التي تمر بها على جميع المستويات .. فالتمثيل كان راقيا واللقاءات التي عقدها الامير السعودي الشاب والذي يغلق اليوم عتبة السابعة والثلاثين من العمر ، تترجن حرص المملكة على دعم وتعزيز العلاقات التاريخية والعريقة التي تجمعها بتونس والتي وجدت في المقابل ترحيبا كبيرا ويليق بقيمة المملكة من اعلى مستوى في تونس .
وكان في استقبال وزير الداخلية السعودي لدى وصوله مطار قرطاج الدولي، وزير الداخلية التونسي ه
شام المشيشي، و الأمين العام لمجلس وزراء الداخلية العرب الدكتور محمد بن علي كومان، وسفير خادم الحرمين الشريفين لدى تونس محمد بن محمود العلي، وعدد من كبار المسؤولين بوزارة الداخلية التونسية.
وقد ضم الوفد الرسمي المرافق للضيف السعودي ، الأمير الدكتور بندر بن عبدالله بن مشاري مساعد وزير الداخلية لشؤون التقنية، ومعالي مدير الأمن العام الفريق أول ركن خالد بن قرار الحربي، ومعالي مدير عام الشؤون القانونية والتعاون الدولي بوزارة الداخلية الدكتور عبدالله بن فخري الأنصاري.
وقد اجرى وزير الداخلية السعودي على هامش مشاركته في اجتماعات مجلس وزراء الداخلية العرب عدد من وزراء الداخلية في الدول المشاركة منها لبنان والاردن وفلسطين حيث بحث معهم القضايا الاعليمية والعربية ذات الاهتمام المشترك وسبل دفع العلاقات الثنائية على جميع المستويات .
كما شملت زيارة وزير الداخلية السعودي لتونس لقاء مع الرئيس التونسي قيس سعيد وكذا مع رئيس الحكومة التونسية الياس الفخفاخ وبحث معهما العلاقات الثنائية بين البلدين الشقيقين ونقل للرئيس قيس سعيد في بداية اللقاء تحيات وتقدير خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود ، و صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز ولي العهد نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الدفاع ، وتمنياتهما للجمهورية التونسية حكومة وشعباً دوام الرقي والازدهار .
