وقعت المملكة العربية السعودية وتونس اليوم على العقد الاستشاري لإنشاء 3 مستشفيات في مدن تونس بحضور سفير خادم الحرمين الشريفين بتونس محمد بن محمود العلي .
ويتضمن العقد الذي وقعه كلا من وزير الصحة التونسية بالنيابة سنية بالشيخ و ممثل الصندوق السعودي للتنمية محمد بن عدهان الشمري هبة من خادم الحرمين الملك سلمان بن عبد العزيز لبناء مستشفى الملك سلمان بن عبد العزيز الجامعي بمدينة القيروان بكلفة جملية تبلغ 85 مليون دولار أمريكي .
كما يشمل العقد قرض من الصندوق السعودي للتنمية لبناء مستشفيين بكل من مدينتي الجم وسبيبة بكلفة جملية تبلغ 20 مليون دولار أمريكي لكل مستشفى.
ونوه سفير خادم الحرمين الشريفين لدى تونس بالمناسبة بعلاقات التعاون بين تونس والمملكة وخاصة في المجال الصحي ، مؤكدا على ضرورة التعجيل في تنفيذ هذه المشاريع التي ستعزز الرعاية الطبية بهذه المناطق.

ان هذه المشاريع تعكس علاقات الاخوة والصداقة التي تجمع البلدين الشقيقين حكومة وشعبا ، والاهتمام البالغ الذي يوليه خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبد العزيز بتونس في هذه الفترة الاتقالية التي تعيشها خاصة على المستويين السياسي والاقتصادي .
وبدورها أشادت وزيرة الصحة التونسية بالنيابة بدور المملكة العربية السعودية في دعم هذه المشاريع واهتمامها البالغ بالتسريع في البدء في الأشغال الخاصة بها، لافتة إلى أن تنفيذ هذه المشاريع الثلاث سيكون على 36 شهرا بالنسبة لمستشفى القيروان فيما سيكون على 24 بالنسبة لمستشفيي سبيبة والجم .
وسعت الوزيرة سنية بالشيخ منذ تسلمها الحقيبة الوزارية بالنيابة الى استكمال كل الاجراءات الخاصة بهذه المستشفيات والمتعلقة ببدء تنفيذهافي اقرب الاجال .
ويعتبر مستشفى الملك سلمان بن عبد العزيز الجامعي من القيروان من بين المشروعات الإنسانية والثقافية التي تقوم بها المملكة في تونس اضافة الى مشروع ترميم جامع عقبة بن نافع والمدينة العتيقة بالقيروان بمبلغ 15 ملي
ون دولار.
وكانت وزارة الصحة التونسية قد اكدت في وقت سابق أن مستشفى الملك سلمان بن عبد العزيز متعدد الاختصاصات الجديد بالقيروان له صبغة جامعية ولم يتم أي تغيير في هذا الصدد، مفندة ما تم تداوله في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي حول تغيير صبغة مشروع هذا المستشفى الجامعي إلى متعدد الاختصاصات.
