في الذكرى التاسعة لاندلاع الثورة في سيدي بوزيد :مطالب مؤجلة ووعود مندثرة

تتزامن الذكرى التاسعة لاندلاع الثورة مع تباطئ مسار تشكيل الحكومة وسط إنقسامات سياسية و حزبية و مشهد برلماني مشتت ، و ككل سنة تحتفل ولاية سيدي بوزيد لإحياء ذكرى إندلاع أول شرارة للثورة كسابقاتها .فما الذي تحقق في هذه الذكرى اقتصاديا و معنويا ؟
خلافا لجو الاحتفالات و العروض و الأنشطة و إلقاء الخطابات الرنانة ..خرج أصحاب الشهائد العليا في وقفة إحتجاجية للمطالبة بحقهم في التشغيل،وهو المطلب الأبرز الذي ما ينفك يرفعه المحتجون منذ قيام الثورة ، ومن أبرز الشعارات“لا سلم إجتماعية دون الحصول على حقوقنا الإجتماعية“فالتشغيل و التنمية هاجسان لا يفارقان أهالي سيدي بوزيد .
مطالب لا تزال مؤجلة و المشاريع التي أقرتها المجالس الحكومية الخاصة بالمنطقة ظلت حبيسة رفوف الوزارات و المؤسسات، والوعود التي تحدث عنها كل المسؤولين الذين زاروا الجهة لا شك فيها أنها مندثرة .حالة إستياء و غضب سادت صفوف الأهالي جراء تواصل سياسة التهميش و سياسة الامبالاة و تردي الأوضاع الاقتصادية و تجاهل الحكومات المتعاقبة استحقاق أهالي المنطقة في العدالة الاجتماعية، إلى حد ذهاب البعض في القول “ان الثورة قامت على مبدأ المطالبة بحق التشغيل، ولكن بعد مرور تسع سنوات لازال الوضع على حاله ، بل تفاقمت نسبة البطالة “.
و أكد المحتجون على تمسكهم بالاحتجاجات للمطالبة بحقهم في العمل بعد أن ملوا سياسة المماطلة الممنهجة التي تعتمدها الدولة في حقهم . . فعدم الاستجابة لطموحات طالبي الشغل و التنمية هو ما يدفعهم إلى العودة إلى التحركات و الاحتجاجات و الإعتصامات و المسيرات وإضرابات الجوع و غيرها .. يزيد من إنعدام الثقة بين المسؤولين و المطالبين بالحرية و التنمية، لذلك ظلت المطالب هي نفسها و لاتزال في دائرة الأمل المؤجل .
ورغم الإختلاف حول ما إذا كانت الأحوال في تونس أفضل بعد الثورة، إلا أن هناك إجماع بين النخب التونسية على كافة إنتماءاتها على أن التخلص من حكم بن علي، أحدث حالة غير مسبوقة من الانفراج في مجال الحريات و أن المواطن التونسي يعيش منذ الثورة حالة من الحرية السياسية لم يعرفها من قبل لعل خيردليل مواصلة تونس ترأس قائمة الدول العربية في التصنيف العالمي لحرية الصحافة لسنة 2019، وحققت هذا العام قفزة ملحوظة حيث تقدمت ب25 مركزا لتحتل المركز 72 عالميا.
ففي الوقت الذي فشلت كل تجارب ” الربيع العربي” ،تبقى تونس صامدة و مثالا حيا لنجاح تجربة الانتقال الديمقراطي ، فلا يفوت المتابعين فرصة الا و أشادوا بهذه التجربة ككلمة مارينا أوتاوي، خبيرة شؤون التحوّل الديمقراطي وكبيرة الباحثين في مركز ويلسون في واشنطن، لتقييم التجربة التونسية فقالت: “رغم كل الصِّعاب التي لا زالت قائمة، فإن تجربة التحوّل نحو الديمقراطية في تونس، تظل أنجح التجارُب في دول الربيع العربي، لأنها التجربة الوحيدة التي تحمِل الأمل في الوصول في نهاية المطاف إلى حكومة ديمقراطية مُنتخَبة“
هي ذكرى ثورة إنطلقت ذات يوم منذ 9 سنين و لكن لم تتنزل بعد على أرض الواقع مثل شعاراتها المنادية بمبادئ المساواة و العدل والعمل لكل التونسيين ،وتختلف الأسباب و الظروف التي تحول دون تحقيق ما تم الوعد بتنفيذه.
