خلف تلك الإبتسامة المفعمة بالحياة تخفي محبوبة وجعا وألما كبير تكابده من هذه المهنة فلعل تقاسيم وجهها والتجاعيد الموجودة أسفل عينيها ويدها التي غابت عنها الرطوبة تروي لوحدها ما تعانيه “محبوبة” كل ليلة أثناء أداء مهمتها أو كما سمته هي “واجبها” فهذه المرأة ومنذ اثنى عشرة سنة تمارس هذه المهنة باليل شتاء وصيفا لاتأبه لبرودة وقسوة الشتاء ولاتكترث لحرارة الصيف همها الوحيدة أن توفر قوت يومها لها ولأبنائها وبإعتبارها أيضا العائل الوحيد لأسرة متكونة من ستة أفراد “هي ضرورة الحياة أجبرتني أن أكون أنا هنا ” هكذا قالت لي وهي تبتسم.فهي لم تختار أن تشتغل عاملة نظافة كما لم تختار أن يكون الليل وقت تعبها وهو من المفروض أن يكون وقت راحتها وأحلامها لكن القدر والظروف دفعوها إلا أن تترك أحلامها وتخرج للبحث عن لقمة العيش فهي أم لخمسة أطفال منهم من يدرس ومنهم من هو معطل عن العمل ومتكفلة بزوجها المريض وظروفها المادية صعبة جدا
فكان من الضروري عليها أن تخرج ساعية لإيجاد مدخولا يكفل لها ولعائلتها حياة كريمة نوعا ما
لماذا الليل …!
لقلة اليد العاملة وغياب الإنتدابات وجدت نفسي مجبرة أن أكون في فرقة الليل برفقة زملائي من الرجال ونحن فريق صغير نتكون من أربعة أفراد فقط واحد يشتغل بمفرده لتنظيف الشوارع الخلفية للبلاد وأنا مع زملائي “محي الدين ومحسن” ننظف كل الشوارع المتبقية بداية من منتصف الليل حتى السادسة صباحا هكذا حدثتني “محبوبة” وهي تشرح لي طبيعة عملها وكانت في كل مرة تشير بفخرها وإعتزازها بهذه المهنة معتبرتا أن ممارستها واجبا وطنيا ،فرغم عتمة الليل وقتامته ووحشته أحيانا ورغم أنها ليلة صيفية إلا أن ساعة ونصف واحدة رفقة محبوبة وزملائها كانت كفيلة أن تكشف لي أن هذه الليالي صعبة على “عمال اليقظة” هكذا أسميتهم لأنه في الوقت الذي ينعم فيه أغلب الناس بالراحة نائمون في منازلهم يحلمون هم تركوا الفراش والراحة وظلوا في يقظة ليجملوا لنا الشوارع باذلين الكثير من الجهد حارصين على لملمة التشوهات البشرية الملقية في الشارع.
ماهي ظروف العمل والنقائص ..
ظروف طيبة وعادية في مجملها لكن هناك جملة من النقائص هذه المرة تكلم زميل محبوبة “محي الدين ” (وهو يشتغل معها منذ بدأت هذه المهنة ) لكون محبوبة كانت منشغلة بجمع الفضلات ووضعها في العربة ومن ثم عادت لي محبوبة لتحدثني مع زميليها “محي الدين” و”محسن” (وهو شخص يعاني من إعاقة لكن هذا لم يفنه عن تقديم خدمته بإتقان وهو كان الجار لعربة النفايات)
عن الظروف التي يشتغلون فيها حيث تميزت بألفتها رغم شقاءها وكانت تحت حماية من الأمن الذي أثنوا على جهوده وتعاونه معهم إلا أن هذه الظروف كانت ينقصها تأمين صحي ومنحة ليلية ولباس للعمل فمحبوبة وزملائها رغم مطالبتهم عديد المرات بمنحة ليلية خصوصا (وهو عبارة على مبلغ مالي إضافي لعمال النظافة بالليل) ولباس يحميهم من قسوة الشتاء والأمراض التي يمكن أن يسببها لهم هذا العمل إلا أنهم لم يحصلوا عليها ومطالبهم أستقبلت بالوعود وغاب عنها التنفيذ بالإضافة إلى هذا فالمعدات تحت المتوسط و تقليدية عربة يدوية (أو برويطة كما تعرف باللهجة التونسية ) ومكنسات عادية أضطروا في عديد المرات شراءها من مدخولهم الخاص نظرا لعدم تواجدها في مقر العمل رغم هذه النقائص لم تتكاسل محبوبة عن أداء عملها وواجبها
