تمثل زيارة خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبد العزيز آل سعود-أيده الله-إلى الجمهورية التونسية الشقيقة مناسبة هامة وعلامة مضيئة في سماء العلاقات السعودية- التونسية التي تتميز بعراقتها ورسوخها، حيث يشهد التاريخ استقبال الم
لك المؤسس عبد العزيز ال سعود رحمه الله لزعيم الحركة الوطنية التونسية القائد الحبيب بورقيبة ووزير خارجيته الاسبق المرحوم محمد المصمودي ومنحه لهما الدعم المعنوي والمادي السخي بما ساهم في دعم الحركة الوطنية التونسية من أجل نيل استقلالها. كانت تلك اللبنة الأولى لعلاقات ممتدة في التاريخ اتسمت بالتطابق وتقارب الرؤى حول مجمل القضايا التي تهم البلدين.
لقد واصل خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبد العزيز آل سعود ، منذ توليه مقاليد الحكم ، نفس المنهج الذي سارت عليه المملكة في سياق حرصها والتزامها بتعزيز أُطر التعاون في مختلف المجالات والوقوف مع تونس والتونسيين بشكل خاص. حيث كانت المملكة على الدوام سندا لتونس وستظل داعما لأشقائها وخاصة في الأوقات الحرجة التي ظهر فيها استقرار العالم العربي مهددا.
إن هذه الزيارة الملكية التاريخية المهمة في بعديها الثنائي والعربي، والأولى من نوعها إلى تونس، هي تتويج لمراحل شهدتها العلاقات القائمة بين البلدين والتي تشكل نموذجا لتعاون أخوي بناء، عرفت معه الزيارات بين البلدين الشقيقين تدرجا إلى مستويات كبيرة ومتنوعة، إذ كانت أول زيارة لتونس عام 1966 للملك فيصل بن عبد العزيز رحمه الله الذي زارها ثانية عام 1973م. وهي زيارات تؤشر لعمق الروابط التاريخية التي تجمع قيادات البلدين على مر المراحل التاريخية، حيث كانت آخر هذه الزيارات المهمة، زيارة صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبد العزيز ولي العهد والتي تعكس دلالات إيجابية في ظل تسارع التغيرات الدولية والإقليمية التي تتطلب مزيد التشاور وتنسيق المواقف.
وفي إطار هذه الزيارات وفي خضم هذه العلاقات السعودية التونسية في المجالات الدبلوماسية و الاقتصادية التي حافظت على ثباتها وتجذرها، من المهم التأكيد على ان خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود – حفظه الله – ما فتئ يدعم كل الجهود المثمرة لتعزيز الفرص الاستثمارية في تونس.
ومن المهم الاشارة الى أن هذه العلاقات الأخوية تجاوزت حدود المصالح المادية والمنافع الوقتية إلى آفاق أبعد وأشمل، لتتسم بالنمو المضطرد في جميع المجالات، ذلك أن المملكة تعد من أوائل الدول العربية التي استثمرت في تونس.
وهي تحرص كما أراد ذلك قادتها دعم كل ما من شأنه أن يرسخ الاستقرار السياسي والاقتصادي التونسي، ومن عناوين ذلك، المساهمة في تحفيز إنعاش النشاط الاقتصادي من خلال مساهمات مستمرة للصندوق السعودي للتنمية في تمويل المشاريع التنموية المختلفة في تونس منذ سبعينات القرن الماضي ، وغيرها من المساهمات التي تؤشر لهذه العلاقات الأخوية وللمصالح المشتركة.
كما تبرز الجوانب الثقافية والعلمية كعناوين اساسية لهذا التعاون بفضل الاتفاقيات المؤطرة لهذا التعاون، حيث يشهد التعاون العلمي والثقافي بين المملكة العربية السعودية والجمهورية التونسية تطورا وتناميا تمثل في التعاون العلمي و الأكاديمي المتميز الذي تؤكده الارقام والإحصائيات التي بوأت المملكة في الصدارة في مجال التعاقد مع الكفاءات التونسية وفي مقدمة ذلك التعاقد مع المتميزين من الاساتذة الجامعيين،الذين احتضنتهم الجامعات السعودية في سياق المحافظة على جودة تعليمها والسعي لمزيد من الاشعاع في منافسة الجامعات الدولية المتقدمة.
كما تؤشر الاحصائيات للكثير من الزيارات المتبادلة بين مسؤولي الجامعات والأكاديميين والباحثين لحضور المؤتمرات والندوات من كلا البلدين، وذلك في تأكيد على متانة التواصل العلمي و الثقافي والحضاري بين المملكة وتونس وعلى ثوابت الشراكة الاستراتيجية من أجل خدمة المصالح المشتركة تحت عناوين التعاون العلمي والثقافي المنشود .
واعتبارا لأهمية حدث انعقاد القمة العربية على أرض تونس،على مستوى القضية الفلسطينية الذي سيكون جدول القمة متضمنا لها باعتبارها القضية المركزية، فان المملكة وتونس تتقاسمان الحرص الدائم على دعم القضية الفلسطينية عبر التاريخ والأحداث. إذ استهلت المملكة رئاستها للقمة العربية الأخيرة في دورتها العادية التاسعة والعشرين التي عقدت في مدينة الظهران السعودية بإعلان خادم الحرمين الشريفين خلال الجلسة الافتتاحية ، عن تسمية القمة بـ (قمة القدس)، في تأكيد واضح أن “فلسطين وشعبها في وجدان العرب والمسلمين”.
كما يجدر التذكير” برفض المملكة بشكل قاطع أي مساس بالوضع التاريخي والقانوني لمدينة القدس، وبموقفها الثابت باستنكار ورفض أي قرار يدعو إلى الاعتراف بالقدس عاصمة لقوى الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، كما أكد ذلك خادم الحرمين الشريفين – حفظه الله – في لقائه مؤخراً بفخامة الرئيس الفلسطيني محمود عباس.
تظل هذه الأسطر، عاجزة عن توصيف عمق هذه العلاقات وامتدادها بين شعبين لم تعكر صفوهما التطورات والتحديات الاقليمية والدولية، لكن الخلاصة الاقوى أن زيارة خادم الحرمين الشريفين إلى تونس، ستدشن بالتأكيد مرحلة جديدة وواعدة في العلاقات الثنائية، بما تحمله هذه الزيارة من مضامين عميقة وآفاق كبيرة بين المملكة وتونس.
وإن الآمال لكبيرة بنجاح هذه القمة العربية التي استعدت لها تونس كما يجب- قيادة وشعبا-والتي سيلتقي على أرضها القادة والزعماء العرب من أجل تدارس قضايا العمل العربي المشترك تحت خيمة جامعة الدول العربية التي تحرص المملكة على الدوام ان تكون جامعة متماسكة وذات إشعاع.
