أقام الدكتور هلال بن عبدالله السناني سفير سلطنة عمان المعتمد لدى الجمهورية التونسية حفل استقبال بمناسبة العيد الوطني ال 53 المجيد بالعاصمة التونسية، حيث مثل الحكومة التونسية خلال الحفل، محمد علي البوغديري وزير التربية و ابراهيم الشائبي وزير الشؤون الدينية وعدد من الشخصيات السياسية في تونس وعدد من رؤساء البعثات الدبلوماسية العربية والأجنبية والمنظمات العربية والدولية والقناصل والملحقين العسكريين المعتمدين في تونس ورؤساء الجامعات والأكاديميين والإعلاميين والفنانين والمثقفين التونسيين وعدد من الطلبة العمانيين الدارسين في تونس.
وقد ألقى السفير الدكتور هلال بن عبدالله السناني بهذه المناسبة كلمة أشاد فيها بعلاقات التعاون المشترك بين البلدين الشقيقين في مختلف المجالات. بدوره أشاد وزير التربية التونسي في كلمة له بالعلاقات المتينة التي تربط سلطنة عمان بالجمهورية التونسية والتعاون المشترك في مختلف المجالات كما عُرضَ خلال الحفل فيلمٌ وثائقيٌ عن النهضة العمانية وعدد من المواد الفيلمية عن رؤية عمان 2040 .
