سلطنة عمان تستضيف أعمال المؤتمر الوزاري العالمي الثالث رفيع المستوى حول مقاومة مضادات الميكروبات

استضافت سلطنة عمان المؤتمر الوزاري العالمـي الثالث رفيع المستوى حول مـقاومة مضـادات الميكروبات الذي لمدة يومين وذلك تحت رعاية صاحب السمو السيد تيمور بن أسعد بن طارق آل سعيد – رئيس مجلس محافظي البنك المركزي العماني – .
المؤتمر تنظمه حكومة سلطنة عمان ممثلة بوزارة الصحة ووزارة الثروة الزراعية والسمكية وموارد المياه بالتعاون مع مجلس الصحة لدول مجلس التعاون والمجموعة الرباعية المشكلة من الأمم المتحدة لمتابعة مقاومة المضادات الحيوية (منظمة الصحة العالمية، المنظمة العالمية لصحة الحيوان، برنامج الأمم المتحدة لصحة البيئة ، منظمة الأمم المتحدة للأغذية والزراعة).
يأتي تنظيم هذا المؤتمر متابعة لنجاح المؤتمرين الوزاريين السابقين ، اللذين عقدا في مملكة نيذرلاند عامي 2014 و 2019 ، وشاركت فيهما السلطنة بوفد ترأسه معالي وزير الصحة بمشاركة ممثل عن وزير الثروة الزراعية والسمكية وموراد المياه ، وكان لمخرجاتهما أهمية كبيرة في العمل العالمي لمجابهة خطر انتشار مقاومة المضادات الحيوية، وقد أبدت السلطنة أثناء مشاركتها الفاعلة في هذه الاجتماعات ؛ رغبتها في تنظيم واستضافة المؤتمر الثالث، وهو الأمر الذي لاقى ترحيبا كبيرا من الدول والمنظمات المشاركة نظرا لسمعة السلطنة في المبادرات الهادفة التي تصب في مصلحة الإنسان ورفاهيته واستمرار التنمية العالمية .
وتعد إقامة المؤتمر في سلطنة عمان نقلة للمؤتمر ليشمل أقاليم أخرى خارج القارة الأوروبية ونشر للتجربة والاستفادة من الإجراءات التي اتخذت في تلك الدول وساعدت كثيرا على التخـفيف من انـتــشار الميكروبات المقـاومــة للمـضـادات وآثــارها السلبيـة على الـصـحـة والاقــتصـاد .
ونظرا لأهمية هذا الحدث وانعقاده على أرض سلطنة عمان فقد أولت وزارتا الصحة والثروة الزراعية والسمكية وموارد المياه الاهتمام البالغ بالتحضير المبكر والإعداد الجيد للحدث وتوفير الدعم الكافي للمشاركين وذلك بالتنسيق مع الجهات المسؤولة ، حيث بدأت السلطنة منذ عام تقريبا الاستعداد لتنظيم واستضافة هذا المؤتمر بالتنسيق مع الدول والمنظمات والجهات العلمية ذات الصلة وذلك لضمان أن يكون المحتوى والمخرجات هادفة وإضافة مهمة على المستوى المحلي والإقليمي والعالمي لمواجهة مخاطر مقاومة الميكروبات.
وفي هذا الخصوص شكلت لجنة إشرافية للمؤتمر تضم كل من معالي وزير الصحة ومعالي وزير الثروة الزراعية والسمكية وموارد المياه ومعالي وزير الإعلام وسعادة رئيس هيئة البيئة وأصحاب السعادة: وكيل وزارة الخارجية للشؤون الدبلوماسية ووكيل الشؤون الصحية بوزارة الصحة ووكيل وزارة الثروة الزراعية والسمكية وموارد المياه للزراعة للإشراف على إجراءات تنظيم المؤتمر ، وإقرار البرنامج ومخرجات المؤتمر ، والتواصل مع وزراء الدول المشاركة ، وبحث التفاصيل المتعلقة ببيان مسقط كمخرج أساسي للمؤتمر .
كذلك شكلت اللجنة التنظيمية للمؤتمر برئاسة المدير العام لمراقبة ومكافحة الأمراض في وزارة الصحة وممثلين من كل من وزارة الصحة ووزارة الثروة الزراعية والسمكية وموارد المياه ومجلس الصحة لدول مجلس التعاون ، ونسقت اللجنة كافة الجهود التنظيمية للمؤتمر ووضعت البرنامج والمخرجات مع الدول الأعضاء في منظمة الصحة العالمية ومنظمة الأمم المتحدة للأغذية والزراعة والجهات الأخرى المشاركة ، فضلا عن اللجان وفرق العمل الفرعية المختصة بالأمور التنظيمية والإدارية والإعلامية المختلفة ، والتي تقوم جمعيها بالتجهيز والإعداد لاستضافة الاجتماع وتهيئة عوامل النجاح لأعماله .
برنامج المؤتمر يتضمن جلسات نقاشية بين الوزراء المشاركين والمنظمات تتطرق لما أنجز حتى الآن من حراك للسيطرة على الوباء الصامت لمقاومة المضادات والتحديات والفرص المتاحة للسيطرة على الانتشار وتخفيف الآثار السلبية لها على صحة البشر والحيوانات والاقتصاد والنمو والتطور العالمي. كما سيتخلل جلسات النقاش استعراض التجارب الناجحة من الدول المشاركة وتبادل الخبرات والآليات المتبعة للاستجابة بمنظومة الصحة الواحدة.
وفي مساء اليوم الأول ستكون هناك جلسات متوازية لنقاش 4 محاور مهمة بإدارة خبرات عالمية ومشاركة دولية ومن منظمات مختصة تدور حول: تفعيل خطط الاستجابة على مستوى الدول ، الترصد للمقاومة بمنظومة الصحة الواحدة التي تشمل الإنسان والحيوان والبيئة ، الحراك السياسي والموارد المالية ، البحث والابتكار .
يبدأ اليوم الثاني بتقديم إيجاز عن محاور الجلسات الأربع والتوصيات ، يعقبها نقاش وزاري حول المقترحات التي ستضمن ضمن تقرير المؤتمر للمتابعة ، ومن ثم سيستعرض إعلان مسقط كمخرج من هذا المؤتمر والتوقيع عليه من الدول المؤيدة .
