عقد اتحاد اذاعات الدول العربية الذي يتخذ من تونس مقرا له خلال اليومين الماضيين ندوة صحفية اعلن خلالها مسؤولوه عن تفاصيل وبرنامج الدورة العشرين للمهرجان العربي للإذاعة والتلفزيون الذي ينظمه بالتعاون مع المؤسسة العربية للاتصالات الفضائية عربسات ومؤسستي الإذاعة والتلفزة التونسيتين .
ويتزامن انعقاد هذه الدورة من المهرجان مع احتفالية
مرور خمسين عاماً على إنشاء الاتحاد ، التي تنعقد بمشاركة ممثلين عن الدول والهيئات الأعضاء وأكثر من ثمانين شخصية بين مكرمين ومشاركين ومختصين في مجال الإذاعة والتلفزيون في الدول العربية .
ويتضمن برنامج الدورة التي تستمر أربعة أيام ، حفلي الافتتاح والاختتام اللذين سيحييهما مجموعة من نجوم الفن العربي ، ويتخللهما تكريم شخصيات كان لها تأثير في مجالات الصوت والصورة في العالم العربي من إعلاميين وكتاب وفنانين ومخرجين من بينهم وكيل وزارة الإعلام لشؤون التلفزيون السابق الدكتور علي بن محمد النجعي والإذاعي السعودي صالح السويدان .
وتؤثث سهرة الافتتاح المقررة غدا بمسرح الاوبيرا بمدينة الثقافة الفنانة السورية لينا شماميان، والأوركسترا السيمفوني التونسي بقيادة محمد بوسلامة،والمطرب البحريني فيصل الأنصاري، فيما سيطغى الجو والطابع الفلسطيني على سهرة الاختتام صحبة نخبة من نجوم الاغنية الفلسطينية والاردنية من بينهم يعقوب شاهين، ونانسي حوا بمشاركة فرقة جفرا للدبكة الفلسطينية
كما تشهد الدورة التي تحل بها دولة فلسطين ضيف شرف ، مشاركة 273 عملاً إذاعياً وتلفزيونياً ضمن المسابقات الرئيسية والموازية بالمهرجان ، التي تشمل مجالات البرامج والأخبار التلفزيونية والإذاعية المنتجة من قبل الهيئا
ت الأعضاء والشبكات والمحطات العربية الخاصة وشركات الإنتاج والفضائيات والإذاعات الأجنبية الناطقة باللغة العربية .
وتنعقد على هامش المهرجان ورش عمل وندوات هندسية وإخبارية تدور محاورها حول ” الأرشفة السمعية البصرية ” و ” الإذاعة الصوتية الرقمية وانطلاق البث في تونس ” و ” تطورات تكنولوجيا اتصالات الساتل في المجال السمعي البصري ” ، كما يقام ضمن فعاليات المهرجان سوق تلفزيونية وإذاعية يتزامن معها معرض للتجهيزات الإذاعية والتلفزيونية الحديثة بهدف التعريف بالمستجدات والابتكارات في مجال التطور
التكنولوجي .
ويواكب فعاليات المهرجان الانطلاق الرسمي لاحتفالية الاتحاد بمرور خمسين عاماً على إنشائه ، والتي ستتنطلق بتقديم فيلم وثائقي عن أنشطة الاتحاد طيلة خمسون عاماً وتكريم عدد من الشخصيات الفاعلة في الاتحاد والذين لهم تأثير في مسيرته من كل الدول العربية ، إضافة إلى تقديم ندوة حول مسيرة الاتحاد بعنوان ” اتحاد إذاعات الدول العربية : تاريخ وإنجازات ” .
وكان المدير العام لاتحاد إذاعات الدول العربية، المهندس عبد الرحيم سليمان، قد اعلن خلال افتتاح اعمال الندوة الخاصة بالمهرجان والتي حضرها الأستاذ محمد عبد المحسن العوّاش، وكيل الوزارة المساعد لقطاع الصحافة، بوزارة الإعلام الكويتية ورئيس الاتحاد وبمشاركة الأستاذ الأسعد الداهش، الرئيس المدير العام للتففزة التونسية، ان 273 عملا إذاعيا وتلفزيونيا سيتنافسون على جوائز الدورة ال20 للمهرجان العربي للإذاعة والتلفزيون .
وراى سليمان إن هذه التظاهرة الإعلامية والفنية والتكنولوجية الأعرق في العالم العربي تكتسي أهمية خاصة هذا العام لا سيما وأنها تتزامن واحتفالية اتحاد إذاعات الدول العربية (بيت الإعلاميين العرب) بالذكرى ال50 لتأسيسه، مؤكدا أنه تم اعتماد برمجة متنوعة تركز على التعريف بتاريخ الاتحاد منذ نشأته في الخرطوم في فيفري 1969.
وبشان المسابقات والجوائز اوضح سليمان ان الاتحاد ينظم مسابقة رئيسية مخصصة للبرامج والأخبار التلفزيونية المنتجة من قبل الهيئات الأعضاء العاملين والمشاركين في الاتحاد ويتنافس فيها 130 عملا إذاعيا وتلفزيونيا، فضلا عن مسابقة موازية مخصصة للبرامج والأخبار المنتجة من قبل الشبكات التلفزيونية العربية الخاصة غير الأعضاء في الاتحاد وشركات الإنتاج ووكالات الأنباء العربية والفضائيات الأجنبية الناطقة باللغة العربية ويتنافس على جوائزها 143 عملا.
وأشار إلى أن 14 هيئة عضو بالاتحاد و15 هيئة من خارجه ستشارك في مسابقاته موضحا أنه تقرر اعتماد لجان تحكيم من الخبراء المستقلين من الكفاءات المتخصصة في المجالين الإذاعي والتلفزيوني من مختلف البلدان العربية تتولى مهمة التحكيم تحت إشراف الإدارة العامة للاتحاد.
