وأفاد ممثل الوكالة التونسية للتكوين المهني والمشرف على البطولة الوطنية للطبخ والمرطبات بشير بن عمار في تصريح (لوات)، أن البطولة تضم متسابقين في اختصاص تقني مهني
في الطبخ وتقني مهني في المرطبات، سيعدون على مدى يوم كامل أطباق مكونها الأساسي الحبار « السوبيا » في مجال الطبخ، وحلويات بنكهة العطرشاء » العطرشية » في مجال المرطبات، ليتم عرضها لاحقا على أنظار لجنة تحكيم للتقييم، والإعلان على النتائج بداية من الساعة الثامنة ليلا.
وأضاف بن عمار أن الوكالة التونسية للتكوين المهني ستسند بالشراكة مع الجامعة التونسية للنزل وعديد المؤسسات الخاصة عديد الجوائز القيمة لفائدة الفائزين والمتمثلة في مبالغ مالية وتربصات في عدد من النزل بكامل تراب الجمهورية، وتربصات خارج حدود الوطن، إضافة إلى تمكينهم من المشاركة في المسابقات الدولية في مجال الطبخ.
من جانبها ثمنت وزيرة التكوين المهني والتشغيل سيدة الونيسي لدى إشرافها على إفتتاح فعاليات هذه التظاهرة، مثل هذه المبادرات التي تحفز الشباب على الإقبال على اختصاصات التكوين المهني على غرار الطبخ، بتأطير من أهل الاختصاص على المستوى الوطني وبمشاركة طباخين من عديد الدول، الذين حرصوا بدورهم على تنظيم الدورة الثانية لهذه البطولة وجعلها موعدا سنويا يتم من خلاله تجميع أهل الاختصاص لتبادل الخبرات في المجال، وتقييم مهارات الشباب، وحثهم على مزيد الاقبال على هذا القطاع الواعد.
