25 غ هريسة
100 غ تونة
200 غرام زيتون
2 ملاعق زيت زيتون
200 غ سلطة مشوية
بيضات مسلوقة مقطعة الى حلقات بالعرض
طريقة اعداد حلالم جارية بالخضرة:
نخلط الهريسة، زيت الزيتون، أربع ملاعق ماء و نخلط للحصول على صلصة خفيفة
نغمس كل حلقة من حلقات الخبز الفرنسي في هذه الصلصة
نفرد فوق كل حلقة خبز مغمسة ملعقة صغيرة سلاطة مشويه ثم نزينها بقطعة بيض مسلوق و التونه و الزيتون

المقادير
500 غ مقرونة ببوش كبيرة
250 غ سبناخ
250 غ ريقوتة
150 غ جبن مبروش
2 فصوص ثوم مفروم
بيضة
2 ملاعق زيت زيتون
ملح و فلفل اسود
150 غ تون
4 ملاعق كبيرة صلصلة طماطم بالثوم // سيكام //
طريقة التحضير :
في مقلاة، نقلي السبانخ مع قليل من الزيت، الثوم الملح و الفلفل الاسود حتى نتخلص نهائيا من مائه.
نخلطه مع بقية المكونات باستثناء الجبن و الصلصة، نحشي المقرونة، نضعها في طبق الفرن و نسكب الصلصة.
نرش الجبن من فوق، نضعها في الفرن مدة 20 دقيقة.

500 غ سميد متوسط الحجم
250 غ لوز محمر و مهروش
250 غ زبدة سائلة
فنجان ماء الزهر
150 غ سكر
200 غ فرينة
20 غ خميرة
شحور: كأس ماء مع كأس سكر ملعقة ليمون
طريقة التحضير
نغربل جيدا الفرينة و السميد ثم نضيف اليهم الخميرة ثم الزبدة و نحرك باليدين.
نضيف ماء الزهر حتى تتماسك العجينة ثم نتركها ترتاح 30 دقيقة. نضيف اليها اللوز و نمزجه جيدا مع العجين.
نضع ورق الطبخ على طبق الفرن ثم نضع العجين. نقصها الى مربعات أو معينات و نزين بحبات اللوز.
نضعها في الفرن الساخن لمدة 30 دق ثم نصب الشحور البارد فوقها و نرجعها الى الفرن الساخن مطفئ.
