تشهد العلاقات الاقتصادية بين المملكة وتونس في عهد خادم الحرمين الشريفين نموًا ملحوظًاً، وقد نوه سفير خادم الحرمين الشريفين لدى تونس محمد بن محمود العلي بالعلاقات الاقتصادية المتنوعة بين المملكة العربية السعودية والجمهورية التونسية الشقيقة، مبرزاً التطور الملموس الذي تشهده التبادلات التجارية بين البلدين في ظل الرعاية الكريمة من خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود – حفظه الله – وفخامة الرئيس الباجي قائد السبسي رئيس الجمهورية التونسية، مؤكدًا أن استمرار انعقاد أعمال اللجنة السعودية التونسية المشتركة، يعد دليلًا قاطعًا على عزم قيادة البلدين الشقيقين للمضي قدماً نحو فتح آفاق جديدة من التعاون الاقتصادي تعتمد على تحقيق التوازن والتنمية بين الجانبين.
وفي 4 ذو القعدة 1438 هـ عقدت في تونس العاصمة أعمال المنتدى الاقتصادي السعودي التونسي على هامش أعمال الدورة التاسعة للجنة السعودية التونسية المشتركة، بمشاركة حوالي 60 رجل أعمال من المملكة وتونس وممثلين عن قطاعات اقتصادية مختلفة.
وقال معالي وزير التجارة والاستثمار الدكتور ماجد بن عبدالله القصبي في كلمته خلال افتتاح أعمال المنتدى: إن خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود – حفظه الله – يدعم كل الجهود لتعزيز الفرص الاستثمارية في تونس، منوهًا معاليه بالعلاقات التاريخية والعريقة بين المملكة وتونس، مشيرًا إلى أن تونس يمكن أن تكون بوابة مهمة لأفريقيا وأوروبا .
وتطرق معاليه في كلمته إلى مرحلة التطور والفرص الاستثمارية التي تعيشها المملكة في ظل رؤية 2030 ، لافتًا النظر إلى أن تونس سيكون لها نصيب من هذه الفرص، مشددًا على ضرورة إزالة كافة العراقيل من الجانبين ليكون لهذه الفرص نتائج واعدة اقتصاديًا.
ووقع البلدان خلال المنتدى على برنامج عمل مشترك يهدف إلى تقوية وتعزيز علاقة الشراكة بين الطرفين في مجال التجارة والاستثمار، وتعزيز التعاون التجاري والاقتصادي، وتبادل المعرفة والخبرات والمعلومات، إلى جانب التعاون في مجال التسويق للاستثمار والتعريف بمناخ وفرص الاستثمار في كلا البلدين.
يذكر أن حجم التجارة بين البلدين يقدّر بحوالي 1.1 مليار ريال سعودي، حيث تمثّل الصادرات الحصة الأكبر بقيمة 935 مليون ريال سعودي، ويأتي كل من “بولي إيثيلين عالي الكثافة ” و “بولي بروبلين” في مقدمة السلع المصدرة بقيمة تتجاوز 465 مليون ريال سعودي، في حين يتصدر “زيت زيتون بكر” و “فوسفات من كالسيوم” قيمة السلع المستوردة بقيمة تتجاوز 70 مليون ريال سعودي، ويبلغ إجمالي عدد المشروعات الممولة 19 مشروعاً برأس مال يتجاوز 40 مليون ريال سعودي، ينال القطاع الخدمي منها ما يتجاوز 75% من القيمة الإجمالية للتمويل.
وتأكيدًا لوقوف المملكة بجانب تونس في المجالات التنموية فقد أوضح معالي نائب الرئيس العضو المنتدب للصندوق السعودي للتنمية المهندس يوسف بن إبراهيم البسام خلال تمثيله للمملكة في منتدى الاستثمار “تونس 2020 ” المنعقد خلال العام 1439هـ، أن المملكة تدعم كل ما من شأنه أن يرسخ الاستقرار السياسي والاقتصادي ا
لتونسي، ومن ذلك المساهمة في تحفيز إنعاش النشاط الاقتصادي من خلال مساهمات مستمرة للصندوق السعودي للتنمية في تمويل المشاريع التنموية المختلفة في تونس منذ سبعينات القرن الماضي والتي تجاوزت مبالغها 3.375 ملايين ريال، معلناً في حينها عن دعم المملكة لتونس بمبلغ 3 مليارات ريال منها 375 مليون ريال منحة خصصت لإنشاء مستشفى شامل التخصصات في مدينة القيروان وترميم مسجد عقبة بن نافع والمدينة القديمة في القيروان، وباقي المبلغ وضع في هيئة قروض ميسرة لتمويل مشاريع تنموية في قطاعات مختلفة وتمويل الصادرات بين البلدين.
كما شهد نفس العام مصادقة مجلس نواب الشعب التونسي على اتفاقية قرض بقيمة 318 مليون ريال لاستكمال المرحلة الثانية من مشروع السكن الاجتماعي لفائدة محدودي الدخل.
وفي 13 ديسمبر 2018م .. بحضور خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبد العزيز آل سعود – حفظه الله – ودولة رئيس الحكومة بالجمهورية التونسية يوسف الشاهد، جرى في قصر العوجا بالدرعية توقيع اتفاقيتين ومذكرة تفاهم بين حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية والجمهورية التونسية.
فقد وقع من جانب المملكة معالي رئيس مجلس إدارة الصندوق السعودي للتنمية الأستاذ أحمد بن عقيل الخطيب، ومن الجانب التونسي معالي وزير التنمية والاستثمار والتعاون الدولي الأستاذ زياد العذاري، اتفاقية قرض مشروع التنمية الفلاحية المندمجة في جومين وغزالة وسجنان ( المرحلة الثانية) بين الصندوق السعودي للتنمية والجمهورية التونسية، واتفاقية قرض مشروع تحسين التزود بالماء الصالح للشرب بالوسط الريفي بولاية بنزرت بين الصندوق السعودي للتنمية والجمهورية التونسية، ومذكرة تفاهم منحة المملكة العربية السعودية لمشروع صيانة جامع الملك عبدالعزيز في العاصمة تونس، بين المملكة العربية السعودية والجمهورية التونسية.
ودعا دولة رئيس حكومة جمهورية تونس الأستاذ يوسف الشاهد المستثمرين السعوديين لزيارة تونس للاستفادة من الفرص والمميزات الاستثمارية المحفزة في عدة قطاعات حيوية خاصة الصناعة والسياحة والفلاحة والطاقة المتجددة، مبديًا استعداد حكومته لتوفير كل ما من شأنه إنجاح الاستثمارات السعودية في تونس.
وقال خلال لقاءه بمقر مجلس الغرف السعودية بالرياض ، أصحاب الأعمال السعوديين :” إن المناخ الاستثماري مهيأ جدا في بلاده للمستثمرين السعوديين، وأن الحكومة ال
تونسية تقدم تسهيلات كبيرة لتحفيز الشركات والمستثمرين الراغبين في الاستفادة من الفرص الاستثمارية المتاحة خصوصاً في مجال صناعة السيارات والطائرات وإنتاج الزيتون والفواكه، فضلاً عن موقع تونس المتميز، حيث تعد منصة تصديرية لأوروبا وأفريقيا“.
وأكد الشاهد أن جمهورية تونس والمملكة العربية السعودية ترتبطان بعلاقات أخوية طيبة على جميع المستويات، وأن هناك حاجة لبذل جهود أكبر على صعيد تطوير التعاون الاقتصادي والاستثماري بين البلدين، معربًا عن أمله أن تسهم زيارته الحالية للمملكة في زيادة مجالات التعاون وفتح أفاق جديدة للشركات السعودية والتونسية لإقامة شراكات بناءة والعمل على تعزيز تعاونهما، منوهاً بالنجاحات الكبيرة التي حققها الاستثمار السعودي في بلاده.
وأعرب عن ثقته في قدرة اقتصاد بلاده في النهوض والنمو المضطرد خلال الفترة المقبلة، مستفيدا من فرص التنمية والتطوير القائمة حاليا من خلال عدة مشاريع في مجالات الطرق والكهرباء والمياه والطاقة المتجددة والتكنولوجديا، مؤكداً أن الحكومة التونسية ستأخذ بعين الاعتبار المشكلات التي تعترض أي مستثمر لا سيما ما يخص المستثمر السعودي.
من جهته، أكد وزير التنمية والاستثمار والتعاون الدولي زياد العذاري حرص حكومة تونس بأن يكون هناك تفاعل مع المستثمر السعودي، حيث أنها فاتحة ذراعيها للأشقاء السعو

من جانبه، نوه نائب رئيس مجلس الغرف السعودية الدكتور عبدالله بن مرزوق العديم بالعلاقات الأخوية التي تربط المملكة وتونس وتجاوزت حدود المصالح المادية والمنافع الوقتية إلى آفاق أبعد وأشمل، حيث اتسمت بالنمو المضطرد في جميع المجالات، لافتاً إلى أن المملكة تعد من أوائل الدول العربية التي استثمرت في تونس.
وأعرب عن أمله في المزيد من التعزيز لهذه العلاقات، ودعم دور أصحاب الأعمال لتنميتها وتطويرها بصفة مستمرة بضخ الاستثمارات الجديدة، والتوسع في القائم منها في مختلف المجالات، وفتح آفاق جديدة لزيادة التجارة البينية التي لم تتعدى 266 مليون دولار في عام 2017م، منوهاً بأهمية اللقاء كونه يعزز العلاقات السعودية التونسية، ويعبر عن رغبة الجانبين للتلاقي ومواصلة الحوار لتحقيق المزيد من التعاون وتعزيز العلاقات الاقتصادية الوثيقة القائمة بين البلدين، متمنيًا أن يحقق اللقاء نقلة نوعية في العلاقات الاقتصادية بين المملكة وتونس.
