اختتمت “مهارات القيادة من فورد لحياة آمنة” سنة 2018 بنجاح حيث تمّ إطلاق البرنامج الشهير في سوقين جديدين، المغرب ومدغشقر.كما دخل البرنامج التاريخ من بابه العريض عبر إطلاق نسخة مخصّصة للنساء فقط يهدف إلى تعليم القيادة للسائقات الجديدات في المملكة العربية السعودية، وتم ّ تدريب أكثر من 1,600 سائق وسائقة جددفي 10 مدن في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا.
ومن خلال تأمين التدريب المجاني وتعليم مهارات القيادة الآمنة، يفسح البرنامج المجال أمام السائقين الجدد لاكتساب الخبرة في مهارات قيادة رئيسية أربع: إدراك الخطر، التحكّم بالمركبة، ضبط السرعة وإدارة المساحة.
ويذكر بأنه تم إقامة حلقات “مهارات القيادة من فورد لحياة آمنة” تدريبية هذا العام في كل من الإمارات العربية المتحدة (دبي)، كينيا (نايروبي)، أوغندا (غولو)، وأربع مدن في جنوب أفريقيا (كايب تاون، بورت إليزابيث، روستنبرغ، وبريتوريا)، علماً أنّ الدار البيضاء استضافت هذا البرنامج لأوّل مرةفي المغرب، على مدى ثلاثة أيام خلال شهر أكتوبر الماضي.
كما انضمّت أنتاناناريفو، عاصمة مدغشقر، إلى عائلة المدن التي استضافت “مهارات القيادة لحياة آمنة” حيث شارك فيها 50 صحافياً من وسائل الإعلام، وأقيمت دورة لـ”تدريب المدرّبين” لطاقم الوكيل المحلي المعتمد في شهر سبتمبر، فأصبحت بالتالي السوق الثامنة في منطقة أفريقيا جنوب الصحراء التي تستفيد من طرح برنامج فورد الرائد.
بالإضافة إلى ذلك، لدى عودتها إلى جدّة في المملكة العربية السعودية، أقامت فورد للمرّة الأولى في العالم، إصداراً مخصّصاً للنساء من مبادرة القيادة الآمنة الحائزة على جوائز تحت عنوان “مهارات القيادة لحياة آمنة للنساء”، لتعزيز الثقة وراء المقود، شاركت فيه سيّدات وفتيات قبل مبادرتهن بالحصول على رخصتهنللقيادة في المملكة. وقد أتت مبادرة “مهارات القيادة لحياة آمنة للنساء”الثوريّة على أثر القرار التاريخيّ للمملكة في السنة الماضية، الذي أصدره صاحب السمو الملكي الملك سلمان بن عبد العزيز آل سعود، لرفع الحظر عن قيادة النساء للسيارات في المملكة العربية السعودية.
وبهذا الصدد، قال جيم غراهام، المدير العالميلمهارات القيادة من فورد لحياة آمنة: “ما زالت السلامة من أبرز الأولويات لدى فورد، ويؤدّي إطلاق حملات على غرار مهارات القيادة لحياة آمنة إلى تخفيض عدد الحوادث، وتحسين مهارة السائقين الشبان وتعزيز ثقتهم على الطرقات.”
وأضاف: “كما دخلت فورد التاريخ سنة 2018 عندما استضافت أوّل دورة تدريبيّة تطبيقيّة للنساء في المملكة العربية السعودية – تحت عنوان “مهارات القيادة لحياة آمنة للنساء” – المصمّمة خصيصاً لمساعدة النساء السعوديات على خوض غمار رحلتهنّ الأولى وراء عجلة القيادة.” واختتم غراهامبالقول: “إنها من اللحظات الاستثنائية التي تجعل فورد تفتخر بالنجاح الذي حقّقته “مهارات القيادة لحياة آمنة” هذه السنة، مع استمرار البرنامج بتوسّعه بوتيرة سريعة، وتطوّره ليتلاءم مع احتياجات الأسواق التي يُقام فيها“.
