الإعلان عن جائزة السلطان قابوس للثقافة والفنون والآداب في دورتها العاشرة في العاصمة تونس

أعلن مركز السلطان قابوس العالي للثقافة والعلوم أن عملية التسجيل لنيل جائزة السلطان قابوس للثقافة والفنون والآداب، متواصلة إلى نهاية شهر جويلية 2023. ويمكن للراغبين في الترشح لهذه الجائزة التسجيل عبر الموقع الالكتروني www.sqa.gov.om ، وسيتم الإعلان الرسمي عن الفائزين خلال شهر نوفمبر القادم، علما أن القيمة المالية للجائزة تبلغ 100 ألف ريال عُماني أي ما يعادل حوالي 800 ألف دينار تونسي (ما يقارب 260 ألف دولار أمريكي).
وللتعريف بهذه الجائزة عقدت سفارة سلطنة عُمان بتونس لقاءً إعلاميا واكاديميا بمدينة الثقافة الشاذلي القليبي، حضره بالخصوص المدير العام للمنظمة العربية للتربية والثقافة والعلوم « الألكسو » محمد ولد أعمر ورئيس مركز جامعة الدّول العربيّة بتونس محمد صالح بن عيسى وسفير سلطنة عمان المعتمد بتونس هلال بن عبد الله السناني ورئيس ديوان وزارة الشؤون الثقافية الأسعد سعيد.
وقدّم مدير دائرة الشؤون الثقافية بمركز السلطان قابوس العالي للثقافة والعلوم راشد بن حميد الدغيشي شروط الترشّح لهذه الجائزة، ومن أهمها أن يكون المترشح لها على قيد الحياة، ما لم يكن قد توفي بعد تقدمه للترشح، وألا يكون المترشح قد نال جائزة تقديرية في السنتين الماضيتين من هذه المسابقة، فضلا عن تميّز أعمال المترشح بالأصالة والإجادة وأن تكون الأعمال مكتوبة باللغة العربية أصلا، مع إمكانية النظر في الأعمال الأخرى التي أنجزها المترشح بلغات أخرى غير العربية كمواد داعمة لترشح.
واشترط المنظمون أن تراعي جميع أعمال المترشح وإسهاماته الأخلاق والقيم والذوق العام وألا يتقدم المترشح إلا لمجال واحد فقط.وأكد أن الجائزة مفتوحة أيضا للهيئات العلمية والمؤسسات العربية، شرط تقديم سيرة ذاتية عن المؤسسة تُبيّن تاريخ النشأة والتطور وأبرز الشخصيات المتخرجة منها والشخصيات التي تعمل بها، إضافة إلى قائمة بالأعمال والمنجزات التي أسهمت بها في المجال المحدد للترشح، مع تقديم ما يثبت هوية المؤسسة الاعتبارية والقانونية.
وقال إن جائزة هذا العام ستهتمّ بفروع « دراسات الإعلام والاتصال » و »الإخراج السينمائي » و »الرواية »، مشيرا إلى أن الأعمال المشاركة ستحتكم إلى لجنة أولى متألفة من تسعة أعضاء أي بمعدّل ثلاثة أعضاء عن كلّ قسم. وستعمل هذه اللجنة على انتقاء الأعمال المطابقة للشروط والمعايير المحدّدة للجائزة، ثم تحيلها إلى لجنة أخرى هي اللجنة النهائية وهي « لجنة سرية لا يعرف أعضاؤها بعضهم البعض وكلّ عضو فيها مطالب بإعداد تقرير في الغرض، ثم تجتمع اللجنة في العاصمة العُمانية مسقط لمدّة أسبوع للمداولة حول الشخصيات الفائزة بالجائزة في أقسامها الثلاث ».
واكد سفير سلطنة عمان المعتمد بتونس هلال بن عبد الله السناني في كلمته حول تاريخ إحداث جائزة السلطان قابوس للثقافة والفنون والآداب، انه بموجب المرسوم السلطاني الصادر في شهر فيفري 2011. انشات هذه الجائزة وهي سنوية، يتم منحها بالتناوب دوريا كل سنتين بحيث تكون محلية في عام للعمانيين فقط، وتقديرية في عام آخر يتنافس فيها العمانيون إلى جانب المبدعين العرب.
وقال إن الجائزة تهدف بالخصوص إلى دعم المجالات الثقافية والفنية والأدبية باعتبارها سبيلا لتعزيز التقدم الحضاري الإنساني والإسهام في حركة التطور العلمي والإثراء الفكري، وترسيخ عملية التراكم المعرفي.
