وسيتم خلال هذا اللقاء تقديم التفاصيل الخاصة بالجائزة من قبل الممثل عن مركز السلطان قابوس سلطنة عمان ، راشد بن حميد الدغيشي مدير دائرة الشؤون الثقافية بمركز السلطان قابوس العالي للثقافة والعلوم، محمد بن مرهون الفارسي إداري أول تنسيق ومتابعة بالمركز.
