تبدا في العاصمة السعودية الرياض غدًا، فعاليات الدورة 22 من المهرجان العربي للإذاعة والتلفزيون الذي ينعقد تحت شعار “الإعلام في عالم يتشكل”، ويشرف على تنظيمه هيئة الإذاعة والتلفزيون السعودية، واتحاد إذاعات الدول العربية، بحضور ومشاركة أكثر من 5 آلاف مشارك، إضافة إلى 500 إعلامي من مختلف أنحاء العالم، و 300 شركة إنتاج، يمثلون أهم المنظمات والهيئات الإعلامية الإقليمية والدولية.
ويعقد المهرجان العربي للاذاعة والتلفزيون على مدى 4 ايام للمرة الأولى خارج بلد المقر تونس حيث تستضيف الرياض الفعاليات الخاصة بالمهرجان باعتبار ان المملكة تتراس الدورة العادية للمجلس التنفيذي للمهرجان العربي للاذاعة والتلفزيون .
وسيتم خلال حفل الافتتاح، تكريم سبعة من رواد صناعة الإعلام والسينما نظير إسهاماتهم الفعّالة في إثراء المحتوى الإعلامي بالعالم العربي، إذ احتفى المهرجان بكل من الإعلامي والمذيع السعودي “حامد الغامدي”، والنائب السابق لرئيس هيئة الإذاعة والتلفزيون بسلطنة عمان “الناصر بن سليمان السيباني”، ومن جمهورية مصر العربية الإعلامية “سناء منصور”، ومن فلسطين “السيناريست” والمخرج “رشيد مشهراوي”، ومن قطر الإعلامية والمذيعة الدكتورة “إلهام بدر السّاده”، ومن الجزائر “السيناريست” والمخرج “جعفر قاسم”، ومن موريتانيا المخرجة السينمائية “لاله كابر الغلاّوي”، فيما سيكون الحضور في نهاية حفل الافتتاح، على موعد مع الفقرة الفنية، التي سيحييها الفنان ماجد المهندس، وسط حضور عدد كبير من أهم الإعلاميين والمتخصصين وضيوف المهرجان.
كما سيشهد جدول أعمال الدورة الثانية والعشرين من المهرجان، ابتداء من يومه الثاني، إقامة أكثر من 30 ورشة عمل وجلسة مصاحبة، تناقش جميع الموضوعات المتعلقة بالإنتاج التلفزيوني والإذاعي، والإعلام الرياضي والنجومية، إضافة إلى جلسات تعنى بمشاركة المرأة ودورها في السينما وقضاياها عبر التاريخ، وورش عمل تتمحور حول صناعة الأفلام والعمل الإعلامي المستقل، وغيرها من المواضيع التي سيناقشها المهرجان على مدار أربعة أيام، كما ستتزامن هذه الدورة، مع إقامة معرض مستقبل الإعلام (FOMEX)، الذي يعقد خلال الفترة 10 – 12 نوفمبر الجاري، وتُشارك فيه أكثر من 200 مؤسسة من الهيئات الأعضاء والشبكات التلفزيونية والمحطات الإذاعية الخاصة والقنوات الدولية الناطقة بالعربية، وأشهر الشركات العالمية المصنّعة للتجهيزات التقنية، وشركات الإنتاج وتوزيع المحتوى السمعي والبصري، ومزوّدي الخدمات، ويهدف إلى تفعيل وتنشيط الإنتاج الإعلامي بشقيه الإذاعي والتلفزيوني، إضافة إلى إيجاد بيئة خصبة لتبادل الأفكار والآراء والخبرات المتعلقة بآخر المستجدات على صعيدي التقنية والابتكار، المرتبطين بمجال صناعة الإعلام والمحتوى محليًّا وإقليميًّا وعالميًّا.
كما سينتظم على هامش هذه الدورة معرض مستقبل الإعلام منصة مستقبلية لأبرز تقنيات الإنتاج المشاركة فيه خلال هذا العام والأعوام القادمة، بمشاركة عدد من الشركات الرائدة في المجال الإنتاجي العالمي، إضافة إلى مشاركة واسعة من الهيئات الإقليمية والدولية مثل اتحاد الإذاعات العالمية (WBU)، واتحاد الإذاعات الأوروبي (EBU)، واتحاد الإذاعات الآسيوي (ABU)، واتحاد الإذاعات الأفريقي (AUB)، والمؤتمر الدائم للوسائل السمعية والبصرية في حوض البحر الأبيض المتوسط (COPEAM)، والمعهد الآسيوي للتنمية الإذاعية (AIBD)، وتلفزيون الصين المركزي (CGTN)، والاتحاد الدولي للاتصالات (ITU)، والمركز المتوسط للاتصال السمعي والبصري (CMCA).
يذكر أن المهرجان في ختام دورته الحالية، سيشهد إطلاق العديد من المبادرات والشراكات الهادفة إلى تطوير الصناعة الإنتاجية العربية، ورسم ملامح واضحة لمستقبل المعايير المهنية للخارطة الإعلامية في المنطقة انطلاقاً من دور المملكة الأساس كقائد للعالم العربي، كما تهدف تلك المبادرات إلى تطوير الإنتاج الإذاعي والتلفزيوني العربي ورفع مستواه على النحو الذي يواكب التطورات، والتعريف بالحضارة العربية الإسلامية والواقع العربي والإسلامي المعاصر، ورفع مستوى الوعي الثقافي والعلمي والذائقة الجمالية في الأعمال والبرامج الإذاعية والتلفزيونية، فيما سيتوّج الفائزون والفائزات بجوائز المسابقات التلفزيونية والإذاعية، البالغ عددها أكثر من 60 جائزة، بين ذهبية وفضية، بواقع 32 جائزة في مسار التلفزيون، و32 جائزة منها 28 جائزة لمسار المسابقات الرئيسة، في حين بلغت جوائز التبادل 4 جوائز نصفها ذهبية والآخر فضية.
