احتفت المملكة العربية السعودية قيادة وشعبا باليوم الوطني الـ 92 ، وهو يوم جاء فيه الإعلان التاريخي للملك عبدالعزيز بن عبدالرحمن آل سعود، رحمه الله، لتوحيد المملكة تحت راية “لا إله إلا الله، محمد رسول الله”، وإطلاق اسم المملكة العربية السعودية عليها بعد جهاد وكفاح استمر اثنين وثلاثين عاماً، وضع خلالها قواعد راسخة لهذا البنيان العظيم، وذلك على هدي من كتاب الله الكريم وسنة الرسول الأمين، عليه الصلاة والسلام، سائراً في ذلك على نهج أسلافه من آل سعود.

وتزينت المملكة العربية السعودية برداء الفرح والاحتفالات بهذه المناسبة والذكرى الجليلة لتحتضن مناطق السعودية على مدى أربعة أيام اكثر من 12 مهرجانًا ترفيهيًا ضمن احتفالات اليوم الوطني الـ 92 التي تنظمها الهيئة العامة للترفيه تحت شعار “هي لنا دار”، التي ستشكل كرنفالات احتفالية ووجهات رئيسة للمواطنين والزوار للاحتفاء بهذه المناسبة.

واستكمالا لجهود المملكة في الارتقاء بالخدمات المقدمة لضيوف الرحمن، أطلق الأمير محمد بن سلمان في 24 أغسطس الماضي أعمال البنية التحتية والمخطط العام لمشروع “رؤى المدينة“، في المنطقة الواقعة شرق المسجد النبوي الشريف، في مشروع يتماشى مع مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030 في رفع الطاقة الاستيعابية لتيسير استضافة 30 مليون معتمر بحلول عام 2030.
